In Conversation at the Sarah Parker Remond Centre

I was delighted to gave been invited by Luke De Noronha to chat with Gargi Bhattacharyya about matters of race online at the UCL Sarah Parker Remond Centre for the Study of Racism and Racialisation. We focused on their approach to racial capitalism in their book Rethinking racial Capitalism which has been a huge inspiration to me, and themes writing from what sometimes feels like the current stagnation of antiracism. As Nadine El-Enany put it, it was a heart-warming conversation and I am extremely grateful to Luke and Gargi for making the tome and for all those who came along and participated with great questions and such a positive energy.

You can watch the recording of the conversation here.
